Admission to the Sayat-Nova Music School is offered through the Main Education and Aesthetic Education programs.

 
Admission to the Main Education Program
Admission to the Main Education Program is based on individual selection aimed at identifying each child’s musical abilities and creative potential. The selection process is conducted by the school’s specialized admissions committees.
Admission Dates
Applications and documents are accepted each year from May 1 through August 25, inclusive.
Admission assessments are conducted from June 1 through September 5. If places remain available, additional admissions may be organized until the established deadline.
Admission Age
7-year educational program 7–9 years old
5-year educational program 9–12 years old
 
Required Documents
Application completed by a parent or legal representative
Copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport
Medical certificate from the child’s healthcare provider
2 photographs, 3×4 cm

Admission is conducted through a creative selection process. Applicants to music programs are assessed on:

musical ear
sense of rhythm
musical memory

Applicants and parents may learn about the admission tasks, their level of difficulty, and the assessment criteria at the school during the admission process.

 
Admission to the Aesthetic Education Program

Admission to the Aesthetic Education Program is available throughout the year, subject to the availability of places in the relevant specialization.

Information and consultation regarding the Aesthetic Education Program, choice of specialization, and admission requirements are provided directly by the school.
